Este curso de 16 horas, fornece aos alunos os conhecimentos e habilidades para configurar, gerenciar, monitorar e solucionar problemas de um ambiente Terminal Services (TS). O curso tem foca na configuração das funcionalidades básicas do TS, licenciamento, Gateway e Web Access.
Este curso destina-se a um pessoas que buscam papel de especialista em tecnologia nos ambientes corporativos. Além disso, as pessoas que estão assumindo um novo papel que exige habilidades para gerenciar conexões acesso remoto através da intranet, extranet e Internet estariam interessadas neste curso.
